Whether you want a free mega-concert, a candle-lit vigil or a club that rocks until dawn, Rome on 31 December 2025 is ready to deliver. Plan ahead — hotel rooms and dinner reservations disappear fast during Jubilee season.

Headline Events on 31 December

  • Free Concertone @ Circus Maximus – From 9 PM with DJ Gabry Ponte, Boy George & Culture Club, prog-rock legends PFM, folk-rockers Orchestraccia and the Orchestra Popolare La Notte della Taranta. Fireworks at midnight.
  • Fireworks Vantage Points – Gianicolo Terrace, Pincio Hill and the garden atop the Vittoriano offer panoramic views.
  • Papal Vespers & Te Deum – St Peter’s Basilica, 5 PM (free ticket; arrive two hours early).
  • New Year Concert Galas – Teatro dell’Opera and Auditorium Parco della Musica host Strauss-style and pop-orchestra galas starting at 7:30 PM.

  • Cinecittà World – Rides, DJs and fireworks until 8 AM.
